TRAVEL TIPS
Always carry a refillable water bottle with you when traveling. The key to staying hydrated is always having water available. Refill water in airports at filter stations, it's a lot cheaper than buying water at airports.
Pack healthy snacks such as mixed nuts or sliced veggie sticks or fruits. This will keep you satisfied while waiting in airports without reaching for processed sugary items.
Don't forget your vitamins. Keeping on routine is the best way to avoid disrupting your body's daily process. This will keep you regular and boost your immune system while on the go.

DON'T FEEL DEPRIVED
If you have a favorite food or sweet tooth, don't try to cut it out and never eat that special item again, just learn to make it healthier. If you love cookies, then bake healthier versions (try out some of my favorites from my cookbook). If you love nachos, then discover how I make them completely guilt free.
It's not about NEVER having great foods and treats; it's about having a healthier alternative to enjoy!
