DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Yes, I provide Training only or Meal plans only but I also offer the Taylor Gang Unlimited programs that provide you with both Training and nutrition to achieve your Goals the quickest.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
The best form of home equipment is a good set of Resistance bands. I write custom plans for home workouts and the majority can be done with body weight and bands. If you have the ability to get some dumbbells I recommend a set of 5lbs and 10lbs along with a heavier kettlebell 25lbs, to perform heavier set exercises.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
I have lived this life and experience any and all feeling you are going through my self. Starting my fitness journey at such a young age I have been able to coach so many different body types and learn from endless clients and athletes about the best way to get the desired results, fast. I combine my personal knowledge and experience of being an IFBB Pro athlete with Nutritional Chef background to provide you both proper training in the gym and in the kitchen. Because we all know it takes 100% of both to achieve lasting results.
